Careless and extremely poor packing skills. One of the packers had his young son along to help and was observed tossing a wooden musical instrument into a wardrobe box without any padding. The government chose these folks to store our HHG. Upon delivery, most everything was covered with mold and mildew, furniture was bleached from the sun and surfaces damaged.
When Dave, Rod, and Don arrived to delivery my stuff, it couldn't have been much easier. All furniture was placed and fit were I had hope it would. I unpacked it myself and was very impressed with how well it was done. Nothing was damaged. All I felt I had to do was watch it go so well. The price was appropriate. The service was Great. I have to say that was the Best move I could have expected.
The movers were friendly and moved all my stuff quite quickly. All of my stuff arrived at my new place and nothing was damaged. I have used them twice now and will use them if I move again.

Rick was very informative. I was not able to do anything on the days of loading, such as packing and loading. They were able to pack on one and load the next which was very convenient for me.
